I'm a 15 year old guy and i weigh 227 pounds (103 kg). i''m about 5'10 or 5'11, not sure. at school people don't really make fun of me or anything, but that doesn't mean it don't happen. i feel embarrassed when changing for practical P.D.H.P.E in front of the other guys. i always make excuses to get out of school things, like athletics carnivals, swimming carnival and cross country. i'm not very social out of school, and don't get out of the house at all really.i play the xbox A LOT and watch tv a bit too.i wouldn't even go to my friends birthday party because they where going to use the pool .i need and want to lose weight bad. i want to lose about 100 pounds really fast, maybe 2 in months or in the least amount of time possible. i eat a lot of junk food and drink a lot of soft drink, which i think i can cut down on with some effort. I need to know a good diet plan that's fast and easy, and any tips on the eating would also be great. If no good advice I plan to cut down to 1000 calories a day, and exercise as in cardio and light weight lifting regularly. If this is not a good plan please tell me another, and if it is how fast do you think i can lose it? i'm only 15 so its unlikely i can get any supplements/shakes and stuff like that. i also have bad stretch marks, an tips of those would be good. i want to know if there is any foods i should stay away from. please help me, if you have used a good diet before that worked, can u tell me. i need to change my lifestyle to a healthly one don't i.Losing A Lot Of Weight . . . . . . . .?OK, let's cover a couple of basics, first.
SAFE weight loss is two pounds a week. So, if you're gonna loose 100 lbs, you're gonna need the bulk of one YEAR to do this. Weight loss isn't an 'instant' thing. You didn't put all that extra weight on at once, so it's not gonna come off all at once.
1000 calories a day is NOT ENOUGH. You need a minimum of 1500 calories. If you go any less, your body will go into 'starvation' mode, and will retain every calorie you put into your body.
Here's a very easy way to get going: First, cut out all the soft drinks. Water only. Second, no snacks, sweets, or desserts. Third, when eating meals, take two thirds of what you would normally eat. You won't miss that other third. You will be amazed at what just doing those things will do for your.
And lastly, get off your sedentary @ss and at least go for a walk every day. But, don't spend your free time in front of the TV or the XBox.

There's this guy I like and i think he likes me too, but does he?how can i get him?
We both go to the P.E group at the Y.M.C.A and before i go to P.E i swim at their pool so that gives me a half an hour to freshin' up (get a shower, change, put on make up, ect) and thats when i usually look my best and a couple weeks ago he started to act more interested in me like when we were standing around waiting for class to start and he was facing his friend Tyler and i was facing my back away from him talking to my friend and i felt a light shove and i turned around and he was standing there still facing Tyler, but trying to hold down a big smile and so i knew it was him. When class started we did the usual run around the track 5 times and then stretch and when we went outside we were playing capter the flag against the little kids ( 7-12 ) and it was weird most of the ppl i knew were scared of getting caught, but of course David (the guy i like) wasn't scared and captured a few opponents and was kinda showin off when i was with him and trying to push my friends out in the field didn't help much so i gave up and then when i went out into the other side i went too far and David came around the perimeter and he and i noticed 2 12 yr olds coming after us (mostly me) and i wasn't scared at first but the grass was slipery so i ran when i saw them darting towards me and David ran with me and suddenly i saw them circling me and and when i saw this little hole between the kids i sprinted towards it and David was near me but i didn't notice because i was paying too much attention to how fast i was running and when we finally past the line i was bending over and panting and he said %26quot;i save you.%26quot;(or something like that), i didn't really believed him but i wasn't sure and the next time i went to P.E he was sitting on the couch outside of the gym and held out his hand for a high five and i gave him 5 then i headed towards gym ( i know........S.T.U.P.I.D!! ) he then said %26quot;wait, where are you going? talk to me.%26quot; i didn't know what to say so i asked him where my friend was ( he's friends with her too ) and that day i told her i liked him and she said she didn't want to get involved- which made me mad because she's the only closest friend of mine thats friends with him and that believes in dating ( i know this is a REALLY weird P.E group ). We had a long eye contact connection after P.E ended and which lasted like 5 sec.( the eye contact not P.E) and my friend (a different friend) just today told me to look away and look back and smile when that happens but i can't help it because i'm an idiot. but the next day i went 2 P.E he said hi to me once and pretty much hung out with Tyler the whole time. So does he think i'm not interested in him? did he give up? does he like me or is he just playing with me? how can i talk to him with Tyler being there? please, i'm serious, no stupid answers.There's this guy I like and i think he likes me too, but does he?how can i get him?it kinda seems like he likes you but at the same time it doesnt. ok so i do have a medical condition so i cant really change my diet. i used to be pretty toned before i got sick but not now. i eat pretty healthy anyways and drink plenty of water, but i want to lose a little weight and get toned. i checked with my doctor and exercise is fine as long as i don't over do it.
- right now i swim a lot(everyday if i can and i stay at the pool almost all day)
- 4 days i:
- walk for 30 mins.
- exercise my arms with light weights(5lbs.), tri dips, and some push ups(the kind where you lean against a desk)
- for my stomach i'm doing the workout from the may 09 issue of seventeen.
i dont want to lose a ton of weight. does this sound like a good routine? will it help me get more toned? and how long before i should start to see results(relatives coming to visit in about a month and a half and i'd really like to be toned to avoid the smart cracks i'm not over weight just not toned)? also will this flatten my stomach? thanks!!Does this sound good and how long until i see results?Yes, that absolutely sounds appropriate. There's this guy i like and i think he likes me too, does he? how do i get him away from his guy friends?
We both go to the P.E group at the Y.M.C.A and before i go to P.E i swim at their pool so that gives me a half an hour to freshin' up (get a shower, change, put on make up, ect) and thats when i usually look my best and a couple weeks ago he started to act more interested in me like when we were standing around waiting for class to start and he was facing his friend Tyler and i was facing my back away from him talking to my friend and i felt a light shove and i turned around and he was standing there still facing Tyler, but trying to hold down a big smile and so i knew it was him. When class started we did the usual run around the track 5 times and then stretch and when we went outside we were playing capter the flag against the little kids ( 7-12 ) and it was weird most of the ppl i knew were scared of getting caught, but of course David (the guy i like) wasn't scared and captured a few opponents and was kinda showin off when i was with him and trying to push my friends out in the field didn't help much so i gave up and then when i went out into the other side i went too far and David came around the perimeter and he and i noticed 2 12 yr olds coming after us (mostly me) and i wasn't scared at first but the grass was slipery so i ran when i saw them darting towards me and David ran with me and suddenly i saw them circling me and and when i saw this little hole between the kids i sprinted towards it and David was near me but i didn't notice because i was paying too much attention to how fast i was running and when we finally past the line i was bending over and panting and he said %26quot;i save you.%26quot;(or something like that), i didn't really believed him but i wasn't sure and the next time i went to P.E he was sitting on the couch outside of the gym and held out his hand for a high five and i gave him 5 then i headed towards gym ( i know........S.T.U.P.I.D!! ) he then said %26quot;wait, where are you going? talk to me.%26quot; i didn't know what to say so i asked him where my friend was ( he's friends with her too ) and that day i told her i liked him and she said she didn't want to get involved- which made me mad because she's the only closest friend of mine thats friends with him and that believes in dating ( i know this is a REALLY weird P.E group ). We had a long eye contact connection after P.E ended and which lasted like 5 sec.( the eye contact not P.E) and my friend (a different friend) just today told me to look away and look back and smile when that happens but i can't help it because i'm an idiot. but the next day i went 2 P.E he said hi to me once and pretty much hung out with Tyler the whole time. but i slapped my face once that day because my friend didn't catch the ball and i saw him doing the same thing. is mimicing good? does he think i'm not interested in him? did he give up? does he like me or is he just playing with me? how can i talk to him with Tyler being there? tell me how to break the ice. Losing A Lot Of Weight . . . . . . . .?
I'm a 15 year old guy and i weigh 227 pounds (103 kg). i''m about 5'10 or 5'11, not sure. at school people don't really make fun of me or anything, but that doesn't mean it don't happen. i feel embarrassed when changing for practical P.D.H.P.E in front of the other guys. i always make excuses to get out of school things, like athletics carnivals, swimming carnival and cross country. i'm not very social out of school, and don't get out of the house at all really.i play the xbox A LOT and watch tv a bit too.i wouldn't even go to my friends birthday party because they where going to use the pool .i need and want to lose weight bad. i want to lose about 100 pounds really fast, maybe 2 in months or in the least amount of time possible. i eat a lot of junk food and drink a lot of soft drink, which i think i can cut down on with some effort. I need to know a good diet plan that's fast and easy, and any tips on the eating would also be great. If no good advice I plan to cut down to 1000 calories a day, and exercise as in cardio and light weight lifting regularly. If this is not a good plan please tell me another, and if it is how fast do you think i can lose it? i'm only 15 so its unlikely i can get any supplements/shakes and stuff like that. i also have bad stretch marks, an tips of those would be good. i want to know if there is any foods i should stay away from. please help me, if you have used a good diet before that worked, can u tell me. i need to change my lifestyle to a healthly one don't i.Losing A Lot Of Weight . . . . . . . .?You are not going to lose fat fast, it is a physical impossibility. If you completely change your lifestyle, expect to drop 7 lbs a week at MOST, and even then might be straining yourself. To lose weight as efficiently as possible try the following:
1. Eat about 6 small complete meals throughout the day (fish, almonds, walnuts, and lean proteins in general, plenty of raw fruits and vegetables, and complex multigrain carbohydrates) spaced out about every 2-3 hours. Consume between 1500-2500 calories a day.
2. Do NOT starve yourself, do NOT binge eat.
3. Be as active as you can; nothing to do for 10 minutes? Knockout 10 elevated push-ups.
4. Eat some spicy foods; take a decent amount of vitamin C, and drink between a half-gallon and a whole gallon of WATER a day.
5. No more soda. Ever.
6. If you do drink coffee, drink it black.
7. Do at least 35 minutes of cardio straight at least once a day, at least three times a week, more if you are not trying to put on muscle.
8. Do a large amount of full body exercises whenever possible (Jumping Jacks, Pull-ups, Chin ups, dips, squats, hanging leg raises, hanging knee raises, back raises, glute ham raises, burpees)
9. Get at least 6 hours of sleep a night, but no more then 9.
10. Avoid anything deep-fried, white bread, sprinkles, and any refined sugar.

I just started writing... How is it?
There was no rhyme or reason behind this I just started to write. I'm not trying to be an author or anything, I guess I'm just curious how it turned out. Obviously its not a full story or done or anything... but Idk tell me what you think =) p.s. the 1 - 2 is I think where it breaks and starts a new chapter err section err somethin. Again not writing a book here just got an idea and thought hmm I'll go with it. Thnx =)
The old wood door to the sitting room resentfully creaked as I nudged it open. I hated this part of my escape, but the sitting room was the quickest way out to the veranda. Once I could get there I檇 be in the clear, but tonight the original antique cherry wood was not cutting me any slack.
I stopped opening and tried again, hoping I could convince the door to give in ?bad idea. An even louder screech emerged from the wood. Alarmed, by the noise I immediately stopped and looked around. I saw no one and all I could hear were the crickets chirping quietly outside. I turned back and decided to just go at it quickly. I swung the door open with one quick push and one big squeak. At least I was through. I quickly did a double take at my surroundings making sure nothing in the atmosphere had changed. Everything was the same; Old books piled high on shelves that no one ever touched, portraits of generals stared at me with harsh beady eyes. They knew too much, at least they couldn檛 talk or I檇 be dead. I brushed off their stern glares and hurried to the glass door on the far side of the room.
It gave easily and quietly as I slinked out of the ranch house and onto the porch. I let out a sigh of relief. Now, I could be calm until I had to sneak back in. I hopped down each step ?as I had done a million times before ?and broke into a swift sprint down the stony path.
I kept running until I reached a fork in the maroon path. One way lead to the stables, the other to the pool. I ignored both paths and headed into the pine forest on my left. I swung around each thick trunk following the familiar winding trail which was laid out in my head. After about five minutes of slithering around branches I reached the edge of the wood and entered into a wheat field. From here I followed a dirt path worn down from my frequent excursions. I began to run again; Up and down the hills, my towel flapping behind me. My bare feet hardly touched the soft dirt of the path as I raced no one to nowhere. Finally, I slowed and began to descend into a steep incline surrounded by trees. The dirt shifted to rock then again to sand, and the trees began to thin.
Then I was there. Even before I looked up to see I could hear the sound of the water as it quietly licked the shore. Every flip I could hear of the water flowed perfectly with my jagged breathing. When I did look up I sighed contentedly at my Utopia.
The warm colors of the sunrise spilled over the mountains as the sun began to consume the dark shades of night. Light oranges, purples, and blues ebbed and flowed with one another to form a sky that would make a landscape photographer cry. Even after living out here my whole life I felt like I could sit on the shore the whole day and watch the sky change.
I had to pull myself from my fantasies and back to reality though. As beautiful as the dawn was, it was also my only alarm clock out here telling me that the day was coming too quickly, and I was losing time.
I yanked of the old blue t-shirt I had worn and unhooked my lace bra. There was no reason to be coy out here ?the elk couldn檛 care less what I wasn檛 wearing. So I shimmied out of my cotton shorts and underwear, and hung everything on a familiar birch branch close to the shore.
Even though the sun had begun to rise the cool essence of the night was still momentarily fixed in the air. That became very apparent to me quickly as I felt the sharp mountain air nip at my bare skin.
Slightly shuddering I crept to the shore of the lake. The cold wet sand squelched unpleasantly between my toes, but once the waves met my feet I could feel redemption in the heat of the water. Its unusual kiss of warmth slipped softly away from me as the waves receded from the shoreline.
I waded in deeper and deeper till the warm water had hit the top of my shoulders. Then began to float. First sinking under the surface of the water and letting its warmth completely grasp my whole body. As I resurfaced I let my body balance itself between air and water. I floated belly up on the lake and refocused my eyes with the sky. By now the orange of the dawn had begun to take over the deep satin blue night. Slight strips of gold-white clouds tied together the yin and yang of the sky. I lowered my gaze ever so slightly to combine the evolvement of the sky with the steam rising from the navy water.
This entire scene, this moment I was consumed in, made me forget everything. I lost all my worries, my reservations and gave them up completely to Mother Nature. I wouldn檛 have to think aboutI just started writing... How is it?Youre saying youre not trying to be an author...but honestly....you should. this was actually quite amazing.

I would add from lack of use or from the summer humidity. When the door pushed open why not say it creaked louder than the chirping crickets?
I would have liked a name and some information about her. Was it typical to sneak out of the house and go skinny-dipping?
I liked the sand between the toes, but I had a mental image of my days on beaches where the wet sand forms callouses on the ball of the foot, only to disappear in the water.
You may want to put some of the last paragraph's description of the water and stars in an earlier paragraph. This will give the reader an idea of how long she was in it. Does she come out because she's shriveled from the cold or has she made a resolution?
Interesting way to leave your story--makes the reader curious for the next installment.I just started writing... How is it?really fun for a first shot. I would take the creaking door thing and show it's effects rather than repeating the description.

When class started we did the usual run around the track 5 times and then stretch and when we went outside we were playing capter the flag against the little kids ( 7-12 ) and it was weird most of the ppl i knew were scared of getting caught, but of course David (the guy i like) wasn't scared and captured a few opponents and was kinda showin off when i was with him and trying to push my friends out in the field didn't help much so i gave up and then when i went out into the other side i went too far and David came around the perimeter and he and i noticed 2 12 yr olds coming after us (mostly me) and i wasn't scared at first but the grass was slipery so i ran when i saw them darting towards me and David ran with me and suddenly i saw them circling me and and when i saw this little hole between the kids i sprinted towards it and David was near me but i didn't notice because i was paying too much attention to how fast i was running and when we finally past the line i was bending over and panting and he said %26quot;i save you.%26quot;(or something like that), i didn't really believed him but i wasn't sure and the next time i went to P.E he was sitting on the couch outside of the gym and held out his hand for a high five and i gave him 5 then i headed towards gym ( i know........S.T.U.P.I.D!! ) he then said %26quot;wait, where are you going? talk to me.%26quot; i didn't know what to say so i asked him where my friend was ( he's friends with her too ) and that day i told her i liked him and she said she didn't want to get involved- which made me mad because she's the only closest friend of mine thats friends with him and that believes in dating ( i know this is a REALLY weird P.E group ). We had a long eye contact connection after P.E ended and which lasted like 5 sec.( the eye contact not P.E) and my friend (a different friend) just today told me to look away and look back and smile when that happens but i can't help it because i'm an idiot. but the next day i went 2 P.E he said hi to me once and pretty much hung out with Tyler the whole time.
