Does this sound good and how long until i see results?

ok so i do have a medical condition so i cant really change my diet. i used to be pretty toned before i got sick but not now. i eat pretty healthy anyways and drink plenty of water, but i want to lose a little weight and get toned. i checked with my doctor and exercise is fine as long as i don't over do it.

- right now i swim a lot(everyday if i can and i stay at the pool almost all day)

- 4 days i:

- walk for 30 mins.

- exercise my arms with light weights(5lbs.), tri dips, and some push ups(the kind where you lean against a desk)

- for my stomach i'm doing the workout from the may 09 issue of seventeen.



i dont want to lose a ton of weight. does this sound like a good routine? will it help me get more toned? and how long before i should start to see results(relatives coming to visit in about a month and a half and i'd really like to be toned to avoid the smart cracks i'm not over weight just not toned)? also will this flatten my stomach? thanks!!Does this sound good and how long until i see results?Yes, that absolutely sounds appropriate. And six weeks is about perfect for the amount of time to see some results. Seeing the effects of the toning is a bit harder if you have weight to lose, but, assuming you're not very overweight, you should definitely see results by then.
